While our mission has always been to provide knowledgeable, dependable, and fully-trained staff to our clients, we’re humbled to have been acknowledged as a leader in the specialized warehouse staffing space. These awards signify our commitment to professionalism and demonstrate that specialized, rather than general staffing, is what warehouses need. When we started Action Logistix years ago, we knew that our unique 3-point employee verification system would bring high caliber employees to our clients, and receiving these awards cements our commitment to our methodology. The awards we recently received are:
1. Future 50 Award - St. Louis Small Business Monthly
In circulation since 1988, St. Louis Small Business Monthly shines a spotlight on businesses and the issues they face. Through its business advice, inspirational trends, and promotion it helps local businesses succeed and advocates for businesses. It also encourages others to start and grow businesses in the region and contribute to the economic development of St. Louis.
The Future 50 Award honors the top 50 fast-growing, top small companies in St. Louis. These companies will play a large role in the future of business in St. Louis and the award not only honors revenues and future potential but also focuses on community contributions.
In addition to our professional commitments, Action Logistix also dedicates time and resources to several causes. We are proud and active members of the American Cancer Society, and our owner, Josh Browell, has been a resident of the community for over 40 years. The co-owners’ family continually participates in fundraising events for their church, school, and local charitable organizations.

We’re honored to have been nominated and to win in this category. When we started Action Logistix we knew we needed a strong foundation for our business and to be recognized for that is truly an honor. To receive not one, but two nominations from St. Louis Small Business Monthly shows us that we are on the right path as a business. 3. Best Employment Agency – Maryland Heights Chamber of Commerce
This award is voted by the membership of the Maryland Heights Chamber of Commerce, which has been serving the area since 1976. Its mission is to “...enhance the general welfare and prosperity of businesses and citizens of the Maryland Heights area, as well as provide opportunities for its members to address economic, commercial, governmental and educational issues.”
This award means a lot to us. As a staffing agency, we strive to satisfy our clients and our employees and our mission is to be the leading provider of logistics staffing in the St. Louis market. Winning this category means our business goals are being achieved and that our human connection to our clients and employees is equally as important to us.
